Reviews
The location is perfect, just a road across 2 railway stations. There was a shopping mall and a few convenient stores nearby, many other shops opened until quite late in 5-10 mins walk. The service was nice, the staff came in to fix the curtain and the air conditioner very soon after I made a request. The room was clean and tidy, enough space for luggage of 2 people. However, as it is very close to the busy area, you can hear some noice from the streets. Also, if the air conditioner was turned into medium or above volume, there will be noises too. Overall, worth of value.
You cannot ask for better location than this hotel. It’s 100 m from metro and very close to all the happening places. But for us, good things ended there only. Rooms were super cramped. Beds are very small. Travel aggregators from where we booked the hotel, had pictures in which we felt that beds were bigger. If you open suitcases, you wont be able to walk as well. Water bottles are not provided. Rooms were not very clean. You could feel stains on bedsheets. There was strange smell of cigarette in corridor even though we had chosen non-smoking room. We stayed in different hotel chain option in Tokyo before this and at same price point we got much better rooms. If you just want a place to crash in night, then only go for this. Also strictly one person and do not consider it for family.
Great hotel right by the train station. Staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The rooms are small, but completely normal size in japan. Pillows are super comfortable. If your a smoker the smoking rooms are a godsend.
Health hazard warning! The location and general facilities are good, but I only noticed that the air quality in the room was really bad only after I checked out of the hotel. I found myself waking up in the middle of the night unable to breathe. The ac gave us constant throat infections and unless the air purifier was turned on, we couldn't get a proper night's sleep. Our condition drastically improved after switching hotels. The hotel rooms are completely sealed, and is a health disaster waiting to happen. Please do test it for yourselves.
