Amazing hotel! It has an art theme that carries throughout the whole hotel. They have popcorn daily that you can take for free the flavors rotate between salt, cajun, and caramel. The rooms are very small. The larger room has two twin beds in it, which is ok, but space wise it can be very crammed. The breakfast, however, is absolutely incredible. They have an omelette making station, build your own onigiri station, a lot of Japanese juices, and hot food that is absolutely delicious. My breakfast every morning consisted of breakfast, potatoes, chicken, sausage, onigiri , and a chocolate croissant. The location is great! Right across from a Lawson where you can buy some late night snacks/ice cream. Next to some great restaurants, great shops, a really nice toy store, and the flagship Uniqlo. I recommend Kura sushi bar, however you will NEED to reserve it in advance. Overall, you should stay here. There’s too many good things about it to say no. PS: I left some photos of what the breakfast looks like

The Staff was amazing. We split our stay - starting and ending at Aloft Ginza. Before the trip, I communicated with them about keeping a large piece of luggage for us in between stays. That whole process was super easy and cost effective. We let them know that it was our 10 year anniversary and they provided chocolates - so very kind of them! 15/10 - I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Ginza as it was close to trains and shopping but not loud.

We had the most wonderful time in Aloft, Ginza, which by the way is centrally located. The hotel has a very nice lay out, rooms are very clean, we booked three. Breakfast was so great, we miss having the morning buffet there. To all the wonderful staff that we have encountered, thank you for making our first Japan trip memorable. Hope to see you next time.

This was my first time staying at this hotel using points. There are three Marriott properties in the same area, and I’ve previously stayed at the Courtyard, which was decent but fairly standard. After this stay, I can clearly see why this hotel has better reviews than the others. The room is similar in size—on the smaller side—but it stands out with its stylish design and attention to detail, from the sofa to the overall aesthetic of the space and lobby. The presentation feels more thoughtful and refined. Breakfast doesn’t offer a huge variety, but it makes up for it with a selection of Japanese dishes that you don’t usually find at more Western-style hotels. The onigiri station, in particular, is a unique and charming touch that many guests would appreciate. Another highlight was the live band performance, which added a nice atmosphere to the stay. I had requested a suite upgrade, but unfortunately, there was no availability during my visit.

3 star hotel that feels more like a 4. Rooms are small however when you factor in that you’re in a major city… they’re quite spacious for what they are. They make great use of the space with lots of hangars and a place to put your luggage. The bed is super comfortable with amazing sheets. The shower….the shower was insane. Steamed you right up after that 16 hour flight. Brought me back to life. Was always excited to get back to it. Im a level with marriot that allows me to get free breakfast so while I can’t speak to the cost I can speak to the quality. Lots for everyone. We ate there every day for 6 days straight and only started to grow a little tired by the last morning. If you’re staying for 2-3 days I’d be shocked if you ate the same thing twice. Staff were so helpful and polite. Housekeeping did a great job as well. Would gladly stay here again!
