Reviews
Stayed in a Superior King room on the 9th floor of the Annex building, which very comfortably sleeps three people, even if there's not a lot of space to walk around in the room. The room was very clean and comfortable, and on this floor we didn't really hear any street noise, other than one emergency vehicle siren. The location is excellent, sitting adjacent dozens of restaurants, very close to the nearest Subway station and Ueno Park.
Terrific stay with our family! The 10th floor suite has terrific views from two sides & a large bathroom with a full sized tub. Very kid friendly! The lobby has a kids play area, board games, and the staff give out treat bags to the kids. Perfect location next to Ueno Park & all of the trains / subways. The bathroom had a bit of a funky smell.
Stayed at Centurion Ueno Hotel. Rooms are quite small, but that’s expected since it’s accurately advertised. The building itself is older, but everything is clean and still fully functional. What really stands out is the staff — very warm, accommodating, and always willing to help. Location is a big plus, right in a great spot near Ameyoko, making it very convenient for food and shopping. Overall, a solid stay if you value location, cleanliness, and friendly service.
