Amazing hotel that I can’t recommend enough. Great value and location, and the service provided by the front desk was amazing. If you’re traveling and need a lot of space, this is the hotel to book.
We are party of 4, the room is perfect for senior or teen who need their privacy. With a unit per floor, you have all your privacy!!! The room is spacious!! With a small kitchen which we prepped breakfast daily before a full day of shopping!!! Washer in the unit is a big plus!! I did laundry almost everyday!! It's a washer/dryer unit and the dryer works perfectly!! Location is excellent!!! Close to Akihabara station, a mini supermarket just around the corner!! The staff are extremely helpful, thanks to Kiki-san and Po-san who helped us to get a taxi, late at night!!
Wonderful experience all around. The best value hotel that you can stay in Tokyo at the moment given the price and size of the room. Very fiendly and helpful staff at the reception. Close to Akihabara train station. Would recommend to anyone visiting.
The hotel itself is really great. Very clean spacious, location is also good. Love the neighborhood. In addition the staff are super friendly. Especially Ren Rui, I had to call for a personal reason but I don’t speak Japanese that well. She was so kind and patient and helped me through the entire 30min phone call process. Nice experience and def coming back!
Nice hotel, it is very convenience for us to go everywhere that we want, bigger room, but cost less, and they supply everything that we need, we would like to come again once we come Tokyo.
