Reviews
The hotel is very clean. The room size is just right, not too small and not too big. Two large suitcases are comfortably open. I always spend the whole day out and return to the hotel too late, so I regretted missing ramen with Skytree view at the night. All the staff are very helpful and dedicated. The hotel is next to Ueno-Okachimachi station, close to Okachimachi station, but about 1 kilometer from Ueno station. Thank you for the nice service.
Absolutely amazing hotel such friendly staff and great service. We loved the breakfast buffet and the night time lounge experience. The rooms are comfortable. We had two young children under 6 and put two twin beds together. the beds were comfortable and we had such an amazing stay thanks to the wonderful staff.
We had a wonderful stay at hotel MONday Premium Ueno Okachimachi. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for our family of 2 adults and 3 children, which made our stay very enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever we needed anything. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went to kawaguchiko, and checked in again after two days. What truly impressed us was that when we returned for our second check-in, the staff had already placed our luggage back in our room for us. This thoughtful service made everything so smooth and convenient. From check-in to check-out, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The warm hospitality and excellent service truly made a difference in our trip. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo. 5-star service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a great experience at Hotel MONday. Stayed for 3 nights. Very convenient location. Main highlight would be the delicious breakfast buffet and super friendly dining staff. They were very attentive, friendly, and helpful! Would stay again.
3/5 Stars: Amazing Views, Tight Rooms Pros: Perfect location near the trains. The 14th floor is a great multi-use bar and dining space with an incredible night view! Cons: Rooms are very cramped. The breakfast buffet gets boring quickly because it’s the same food every day (they only rotate between mackerel and salmon). Great for a drink at night to see the city, but maybe skip the daily breakfast.
