Rooms shower was very small and when the shower head was on the top it would splash all over the floor. The AC was not controlled by temperature but by speed of the fan, so you have to hope it’s cold air. But the staff overall was very nice, breakfast was good as was the room cleaning service. The BIGGEST problem was there was NO ramp access whatsoever, I had to lug my 70lb luggage up 6 stairs and my partners 2 50lb luggage up as well. Not good for disabled people needing a place to stay.

Located conveniently near to Inaricho Station (Ginza Line), about 5min walk away. Nice area with affordable food options nearby (Sukiya, McDonald's, Yoshinoya, Familymart). Room has all amenities including pajamas! Towels & pajamas changed daily which is good. Has also DHC products available to use. Bed & room felt a little cramped with too many things inside but not sure if it is typically in Japanese local hotels. Overall quite good but abit pricey for the size

Like many other hotels in Japan rooms Arent very big. we are a family of 4 and had a family room.. we could barely fit the two beds. beds were quite hard, so sleep was rough. pillows were..annoying, French memory foam or not. but we managed. location is good a short walk to the metro, family mart etc. and to BiBiBi, Akiras tiny restaurant that you HAVE to visit if you stay here! we were always greeted by smiling staff and they were all very helpfull when we had questions.

This nice hotel near the Ueno station was located only two blocks from the subway station. Although we paid for breakfast each day, the breakfast buffet was very nice with many selections. It was also close to many restaurants so there was ample opportunity to get a great meal nearby. Additionally there was a convenience store close by as well. This was great to get snacks for the van or bus if we were doing day trips. Rooms were small but very well pointed. Not a bed selection and a pretty good value.

I stayed here in mid-March for 7 days. Positive points: - Children stay free, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. - Rooms are cleaned daily. - Toilets and bathrooms are fully functional. - Toiletries, pajamas, and hair dryers are available. - Microwave and ice maker are available on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th floor. - 2 minutes walk to inaricho metro station Negative points: - Air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted. I stayed in late winter and the temperature was set at 28°C. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in, but this was easily solved by opening the window slightly to let in fresh, cool air. - No drinking water was provided, which was a real inconvenience.
