Booked through booking.com. it's exactly as described and photographed. Room is super clean, fresh and cool ready for us. It's plenty big enough for 6 people.
Excellent location with large rooms compared to other Tokyo locations. However, there is no luggage storage and you need to use coin lockers at nearby station which is a pain. Rubbish was uncollected for 3 days which is completely unacceptable. I appreciate the hotel is unmanned but they do not reply to emails and is it impossible to contact them. Would not recommend!
