Reviews
This place is amazing. It’s located in a quiet area of Shinjuku but it’s also close to the malls and a walkable distance of Shibuya. We were 5 people comfortably installed in room 5F. The added bonus of that room is the exclusive access to the rooftop terrace. Hot water is abundant and never ran out (I think it’s a serpentine). There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel to choose from.
Conveniently located within walking distance to shinjuku gyoemmae station, as well as numerous konbini. The room/apartment that we stayed in was quite spacious, comfortable for 5 family members. Comes complete with washing machine and dryer, and small kitchen and microwave. Please note, thr elevator only goes up to third floor, and there's a few steps to get to the main entrance (from the road level), and self check-in (no front desk). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
