Staff were great and the rooms were comfortable. Some reviews say the beds are hard, and while it's true the family rooms do use futons, they are good quality. The standard room had a large, comfortable bed that I don't think was hard at all. Each room had a large TV with Chromecast and Wi-fi. There were also pyjamas and many amenities for free at reception. The view from the higher floors is amazing, but from lower floors you can only see the neighbouring building about 2 metres away, which blocks any natural light. But in such a dense city it's to be expected sometimes.

Since we were not traveling with many belongings or large suitcases, the room size was perfectly sufficient for the three of us. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is in an amazing location. What mattered most to us was how quiet and peaceful it was. It was our first trip to Tokyo, and if we visit again, I would definitely choose this hotel again!

The front desk staff was amazing and helping us communicate with police to get one of our friends' phones back from leaving it in an Uber. I had tried going to the police box, using the translation app, and filling out a report but having the front desk communicate with them was so much more efficient. They were so kind. They were busy with the cafe and trying to help us and were very sweet about the whole thing. The rooms were clean, the beds are hard but after a long day you will fall asleep regardless. Very cute little spot.

a truly wonderful hotel in Tokyo for tourists who opt for convenient to go places and search for good food. Very hospitable staff, helpful and informative. No language barrier. Highly recommended. We stayed 9 days. Cleanliness satisfactory. Provide free self laundry. I will missed this place, surely.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It is perfectly situated in Asakusa, just 5 minutes walk from the Senso-Ji temple, 10 minutes walk to the station and 3 minutes (top of the main road, turn left, black and white cafe on the left), from the best ramen cafe in Asakusa. The rooms are clean and comfortable, they even offer a choice of pillow types...feather or memory foam. The are tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge too. You can get extra free tea, toothbrushes and other amenities from reception. There is also free laundry, be mindful it takes hours, ours took nearly 6 hours, and there are only 3 machines. This is such a great hotel, we will stay again if we return to Tokyo and would 100% recommend a stay here.
