This is such a nice hotel! The beds are sooooooo comfy! ✨ There isn't too much of a view but there aren't any stairs (elevators) which is really convenient. It is also really close to the subway and to be completely honest, the toilets are really fancy 🤣 I have stayed here for 6 days and have not seen another soul! Not staff, not anyone staying here! It is so peaceful! I don't know why the other reviews say about hearing people in the hallway because the walls are so thick and I don't even know if anyone is staying in the room next door because it's that's quiet 🤣 I feel like everything in this hotel is so thought out! The shower is even soundproofed so you don't have to listen to people singing and the shower running real loud 😂 I am sad to leave this hotel in the morning 😢 (I wish to never be parted with the beds because they are so comfy!!! ❤️)
We arrived at the hotel slightly before 4 and was notified that we couldn’t check in until 4, but we could leave our luggage there. We went on with our last day in Tokyo and returned around 9pm. In the beginning we were wondering where our belongings were because there was no staff stationed at the location. But surprisingly we found our luggage neatly placed in the super well- designed room. No space was wasted and every detail was very thoughtful. Our only problem was deciding if we want to walk back or take the train to the hotel from the main shopping district in Shinjuku because it took about the same time! Overall super happy with our stay! Will definitely come back!
This is a modern, staffless hotel. I made the reservation through a third-party app. During check-in, it was somewhat inconvenient as we had to manually enter the names and details of every guest ourselves, which took quite a while. We were unable to contact any staff through the communication app provided by the hotel. The entrance requires carrying luggage down a flight of stairs, which may not be suitable for elderly guests or those who are not comfortable with technology. In terms of cleanliness, we found some unidentified debris and small pieces of plastic in the corner of the headboard area upon arrival. On the positive side, although it is a small hotel, the room layout is well designed and highly functional. The bedding arrangement allows several people to sleep comfortably, making it a good option for groups who want to save money while traveling together.
Nice hotel for the last 2 days of our 2 week Japan trip. Walking distance to some nice restaurants and shops (Don Quijote is an 8 minute walk away). There is no service person available at check in - just a tablet, but check in and check out was smooth. There was also a WhatsApp number to contact someone if needed. Rooms are compact, but fit 4 of us (2 adults, 9y, 11y). Shower a bit small for my 6' husband. Room comes with slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and towels. No laundry. Storage for luggage under the bed. The price can't be beat, but keep in mind it reflects the no frills style of the hotel.
It was an amazing stay. Suitable for family of 5. It was not easy to find a hotel that can accommodate large family like us. 5 mins walk from the train station, Lawson and eatery. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. For Final Fantasy fans, the hotel is 5 mins walk to Artnia, Square Enix store and cafe. Easy self check-in by following the instructions provided. Fast service as our toilet we clogged and it was repaired in the same day.
