Reviews
Excellent hotel for families – spacious rooms and subway just around the corner We spent 4 nights here as a family, and I can highly recommend this hotel. Big plus: We had two double rooms with an area of 24 m². For Tokyo, this is a truly generous amount of space, and we didn't feel cramped at all. Great location: Ginza Street is only 200 meters from the hotel. The subway is less than 70 meters away. We used it every day, making it much more cost-effective than taking taxis. Comfort and cleanliness: Everything was perfectly clean. The mattresses and duvets were excellent, allowing us to get a great night's rest. Services: Breakfast was good, and the staff was very polite and helpful.
Good amount of room space. Central, convenient. Excellent service from front desk. Hassle free check in and out. They provide all amenities including face wash, toner, lotion. Zero wait time for lift even though the building is pretty huge. Good cosy breakfast restaurant with ample selection. Reasonable price. Lots of food options nearby, with convenience shop stone throw away. For first timer they allow 1 hour later checkout. Only downside - bathroom curtain stinks. Made us feel uncomfortable. Perhaps something to be looked into.
Easy access to higashi-ginza stn, location is also walkable route to ginza stn too. Good facilities, they have water cooler at 2 different level & they also provide housekeeping services for those who stay longer at this hotel. I stay 5 days at this hotel & those on non-housekeeping days, they will just hang new towel at the door. They wont ever come into your room unless on housekeeping day. Pyjamas(robe kind) is provided. Reception staff at lobby was really nice 👍
This is a wonderful hotel—I had a great stay here. It’s very suitable for families with young children. The bed is a bit small, but comfortable. The location is excellent, close to Ginza shopping and many restaurants. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo.
Booked a double room. Stayed on the top (13th) floor. Although the room is just behind the elevator bay, didn’t hear it at all. This gotta be the largest room I’ve stayed in Tokyo, period. I got a large and small luggage, they fit in the room perfectly with plenty of room to walk around. Bed is comfy. Window can be opened. AC works well. Heard faintly of neighbors but it is mostly quiet. Bathroom is clean and functional. Front desk is friendly and eager to help, there was some language barrier but we eventually made it work using translation apps. Breakfast is 3300 yen, quality is top notch, so you will get what you pay for! There’s a convenience store right next door. It is at a central location to explore Ginza and beyond. A brisk 3 minute walk from the metro line that takes you directly to HND airport. Would definitely book again in a heartbeat.
