Just a 5–10 minute walk from Akihabara Station and nearby subways, the hotel is in a very convenient spot for exploring Tokyo. It’s close to the famous Akihabara ACG area, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s even a welcome bar for guests. Rooms are clean but compact, as expected, though the layout feels a bit cramped. Air quality and humidity could be improved, and unlike other hotel brands, there’s no air purifier provided. I personally found the pillow uncomfortable, but the shower was excellent 🚿. Lighting options are limited to either bright or dark, with no soft warm setting available.

Excellent location with 2-5 minute walk from several metro stations, and surprisingly quiet. Very responsive staff. Spacious rooms by Tokyo standards. Nice Onsen. There’s just one elevator serving all floors, so most days I ended up waiting for longer than I expected to get to and from my room. Not a deal breaker though, would stay again.

This hotel has everything you need. The onsen is a great addition, easy to access and includes a bath, shower and extra toiletries. The breakfast is 1100 yen extra but included freshly made tofu, eggs, meats, fruit and cereal, plus coffee. Staff were lovely and helpful. Location in Akihabara is prefect, 5 mins from the main station and the subway but located on the river so away from the noise and bustle. The lobby is on the 2nd floor, but the sign noting this on the ground floor entrance can be hard to see.

Rooms are a bit small I recommend a double at the very least. This is very typical of Tokyo. And as has been noted, the fact there is only one elevator can back things up during the busy times. Everything else, including the friendly service was great. Extremely clean and the location was second to none. Right in Akihabara near the city center and close to several rail stations and lines. Very good value for the price and would stay here again.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location is perfect and very close to the train station. It’s a cute, compact hotel with everything you need. Although the onsen is small, it’s a great addition. My favorite part is the free alcohol drink bar from 5 PM to 10PM! The staff is lovely, and the hotel is clean. The room is a bit small, but that’s standard for city hotels in Japan. The AC is independent, so you can adjust the temperature yourself. Highly recommended!" One thing should notice they have only one small elevator but can use stairs also , so if you not stay high floor its not a problem;)
