We booked a stay at this hotel for a week, and ended up having to check in late. Which was fine by the hostel, we got instructions mailed to us and it worked fine! The dormitory itself was really nice with good air conditioning, we could’ve left our luggage in their storage but decided to keep it dormitory for easy access. The hotel service was good too, ended up having a movie night with them. The hostel has a shared kitchen and laundry floor, which we found convenient. The place was clean and the location it self was also nice, not far away from senso ji and asakusa station, really enjoyed my stay :)
Located just a few minutes from senso ji , the guesthouse is well equipped , clean rooms , about what you would expect in a hostel , enjoyed my time there
It has a weird smell not pleasant specially in the lobby and on the 8th floor where is living room and kitchen are. The location is really great, friendly neighborhood, shops, food and a temple right in front the hotel Good value for money Restroom and showers are clean Friendly helpful staff and they speak English
This place is amazing other then the service. I fully booked a month stay at this location and a week before my stay started I had to leave early do to medical reasons. I sent a email about this and because they would loose out on fund they just didn't reply back. This is even though I was in the time span to cancel or fully cancel. So 3 days before my stay I just walked to the location and asked. But the girl was saying a lot of nothing. I didn't want there to be a back and forth so I just dropped it hoping they would take care of it later. Well they didn't and now I am out $360. I was only there for 2 weeks and losted out on 3... This is a nice place but the fair of them robbing you out of money if or when they can is why I am likely not to book again when I visit within a few months.
