Reviews
Hotel is good, cozy, quiet and very clean. You hardly find this standard hotel at this price in Tokyo. How to get the hotel also very easy and comfy. Things to eat also okay around. Recommended!!
Very lovely stay here. Clean and the staff are amazing! Its in a quiet area away from the noise but close enough to the JR line that all the main attraction sites are accessible. What really made this stay the best was the staff. Very attentive and kind. Will definitely be coming back.
Charming boutique hotel in a neighborhood with a range of bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all of the essentials. Decent sized room by Tokyo standards. Staff are very attentive and there's coffee and donuts in the lobby in the morning plus a complimentary selection of the things you might have left behind like razors and toothbrushes.
We booked 4 nights but ended up staying only 3. Unfortunately, the hotel was not ideal for us due to significant noise issues from the upper floor. We initially stayed in Room 103, where a group of inconsiderate guests was directly above us. We experienced heavy footsteps and loud conversations at around 1am and again at 7am. On the third day, we were moved to Room 104, but the noise problem persisted. The soundproofing in this hotel appears to be very poor, as we could clearly hear movements and conversations from the room above. After long days out, we were unable to properly rest or relax, which was very disappointing. That said, the room itself was cosy, with a firm mattress, plenty of pillows, and a large shower. The amenities were generous, including complimentary drinking water and a light breakfast, and the staff were consistently nice and helpful. We ultimately decided to check out one day early and move to another hotel. Access: The hotel is located near Uguisudani JR Station. The hotel is closer to the North Exit, but that exit only has stairs. If you have suitcases, use the South Exit for elevator/escalator access. There's Donki, Family Mart, Lawsons, McDonald's, Sukiya nearby. Suggestion: Installing carpet flooring and/or providing soft foam bedroom slippers may help reduce noise from footsteps and improve the overall guest experience.
So far this was my favorite hotel on my trip. Staff was helpful and amazing and the room i had was clean and spacious me being 6’1 the shower i had was huge i fit perfectly. I also liked the area close to the train station and good food is only a few steps away. Every ally looked like a movie set very photogenic.
