Yotel Ginza is probably the most practical place to stay in Tokyo. Just a couple of minutes from the heartbeat of Ginza, right next to three major train and metro stations, spares you from the hassle of planning your daily trips. The rooms are crisp clean, two robots Aibō and Tomo will deliver that extra towel in an instant and there you have it: Service assisted by friendly technology. Speaking of friendly, the staff is beyond that. You just ask for it and the solution is there for you. And a special thanks to Pandey at the reception, who amazingly created a meeting room out of nowhere when I needed the most. (But hear me out guys, you need a designated meeting space for those of us who mix business with pleasure.) After the second stay (first one back in November 2025), I can easily say this is not my last. Thank you and see you soon.

I only stayed here 1 night, if it wasn't so expensive I would have stayed more nights. I love the fact that there is no carpet as that just feels so much more hygienic. Our room was immaculate, I couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. The room had a very high end feel for Tokyo for the price. It was my favorite hotel we stayed in on our trip (we stayed in 4 different places).

For our first time ever in Japan this was the PERFECT place to situate ourselves as a home base. I did a lot of research before coming and decided that Ginza was the place I wanted to be in, wide open sidewalks, not crazy packed, a close distance to many shops I wanted to see. I could not be more happy with our choice to stay in Yotel Tokyo Ginza. The rooms are very modern, spacious, clean. I liked how you could adjust the mattress to sit up and lay flat with the click of a button. Though the bathroom is technically “in the room” it honestly works well. The shower and toilet space are separate and also very big for Japan standards. The black out curtains worked well for helping us adjust to the new time zone. There was a family Mart 1 minute walk from the hotel and also 2 Don Quis, bakeries and much much more. The area is also very quiet. We stayed for 5 nights before moving cities but honestly this was a great and memorable hotel. They also offer breakfast which is a small buffet for a charge of around $45 per person (which is a bit expensive considering the size of the spread offered, but there are other places in the area to get your moneys worth). They also helped us in shipping our luggage to the next city as well. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and will for sure come back next time I’m in Tokyo.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean and in a GREAT area. I will say that we paid a little more for their "First Class King" so our room was a little larger. But I am so glad we did, because the extra room allowed us to to have our luggages out decently comfortably. It also wasn't that much more than their regular room so I recommend this for people that have more than 2 luggages!

Would defo stay again when I visit Tokyo next time🌟 New, clean tidy hotel with spacious design. location is superb (5 mins away from JR station, very close to donki and family mart). Room is slightly bigger than I thought and got everything you need - with adjustable electric beds with usb c and wireless charging (wow) so I didn't need my adapter. I like the ucc drip coffee in room, so as the nice shower!! Thank you for the male japanese staff in suit (I believe it's a manager) for the smooth check in:) I stayed in other Yotel before and YOTEL Ginza is just at another level :DDD The only thing is the housekeeping voucher is slightly confusing but it's nice that you get 1000yen voucher if you skip the housekeeping. The gym is tiny but enough if you just wanna do some weights and cardio
