Nice, quiet and modernized hotel with a great location in Ginza.The staff was very polite and accommodating.There's lots of shopping, eateries and night spots in the area. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to Shimbashi station and about a 7 minute walk to Ginza station.
We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the location was great. The restaurant in the hotel has a great breakfast and Natsuko took such good care of us. We highly recommend the hotel and would stay here during our next Tokyo trip.
Hotel The Celestine Ginza exceeded expectations. The service was consistently exceptional, warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful without ever feeling overdone. The staff created a sense of ease from the moment I arrived. Breakfast upstairs had a wonderful, calm, and refined setting, and the service team went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The location is ideal-->situated in the heart of Ginza, with access to world-class shopping, outstanding restaurants, and the metro, making it easy to navigate the city. A polished, comfortable, and highly convenient stay. I would return.
We are currently staying at The Celestine Ginza in Tokyo for our honeymoon, and the experience has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel is impeccable, beautifully designed, and perfectly located in the heart of the city. Everything feels thoughtful and refined. A special thank you to Ms. Natsuko, who has been incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. Her warmth and genuine care made us feel truly welcome and added something very special to our experience. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for such an important trip. Truly 10/10. My wife and I stayed at Hotel The Celestine Ginza for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The staff were very accomodating and the service was fantastic. No queues for check in and the whole process was seamless. The breakfast was fantastic, being located on the 14th floor the space offers a fantastic view of the city looking south. The staff were fantastic, with beautiful little added touches such as beautiful cappuccino artwork and a small gift in our room on arrival to congratulate us on our honeymoon. The location of the hotel is awesome, close to the train station and plenty of shops/restaurants around. The rooms are a decent size with lovely amenities.
