This hotel feels more like a 5-star property than a 4-star one. The staff were professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English, so there was never any language barrier. The highlight of our stay was definitely the room. It was exceptionally spacious, especially compared to most hotel rooms in Tokyo, and it came with every amenity we could need. The view of the city from our room was absolutely stunning. The location is also excellent, with a nearby train station that makes it easy to explore the rest of Tokyo. There were a couple of downsides, though. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak and frequently disconnected, making it quite unreliable. As mentioned, we loved the room overall, but we are a family of three so the room included two very comfortable standard beds and an additional third bed that was noticeably less comfortable. Also, because the beds had been rearranged to fit the extra bed, one of them ended up directly beneath the TV, which made it easy to accidentally kick it during the night. To be fair, having a less comfortable extra bed is quite common when booking a room for three people, though not always, so I think it's worth mentioning. Anyway that was not enough to ruin our stay, so i recommend this hotel 100%
Excellent hotel for it's ranking, rooms are rather small but cozy. They are also very clean and pijamas are provided too, along with toiletries. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, heated mirror and the usual high tech Japanese toilet 🙂 Breakfast is ok, but not spectacular, the staff is friendly and helpful. One thing that is missing is a serious coffee espressor, because the coffee at breakfast is american-style-colored-water 😔 Situated close to the Tamachi and Mita stations, you can quickly get to anywhere around Tokyo
I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was incredibly clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Karino :) Her support made things so much easier for me. The location was the best part; being only a 5-minute walk from the Yamanote Line made getting around Tokyo so easy. While the rooms were small by standard but they were well-designed. I would definitely stay here again. Arigato gozaimasu 😊
Good hotel located in the Tamachi area — a business district, but not too crowded. Tamachi JR Station is a 6-minute walk away, and there is a nice Life supermarket nearby. It’s also close to the Asakusa Line station (about a 10-minute walk), where you can find good coffee spots. The room is small but well equipped. The service is amazing: every day they collected the trash, changed the towels, and provided fresh pajamas. Despite being close to the railway, it’s super quiet. I would recommend this hotel for a stay.
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and we loved it! The area is not touristy. It's quiet at night and busy with commuters in the morning. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores and konbinis nearby. A few minutes walk to Tamachi station and Mita station, easy to get around to most touristy spots. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Room is small by western standards, but quite large by Tokyo standards. It was nice we could push our suitcases under the bed to make more walking room. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, they spoke English and helped us with our luggage transfer to our Osaka hotel. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower and Sengakuji Temple. We could see Mt. Fuji from the windows near the elevator! It's right next to the train tracks but the hotel rooms start on the 14th floor so it's high up enough that the trains are not loud.
