Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo Roppongi sits a remarkable 1-minute walk from Roppongi Station Exit 5 — accessible via both the Toei Oedo and Tokyo Metro Hibiya Lines. For a hotel in one of Tokyo's most prestigious neighbourhoods, the location is simply hard to beat. The sleek exterior blends into the upscale streetscape so naturally you'd barely recognise it as a hotel from outside. The room is compact — a white-toned single — but every centimetre is thoughtfully considered. A Serta mattress, a master light switch panel by the bedside, a foldable mirror, and a pre-positioned extension cord signal that someone at this hotel genuinely thought about what travellers actually need. The star of the stay, however, is the 2nd-floor amenity bar: a self-select station stocked with skincare products, drinks, and an impressive array of bath salts including cherry blossom scent. Loaner items — a curling iron, ionic facial steamer, hair straightener, and even a shoe dryer — are all available free of charge. SUZU CAFE on the ground floor serves breakfast as a buffet with real personality: alongside eggs and bacon, you'll find deep-fried gyoza and takoyaki. The standout was the barista's cold-brew iced coffee and a rare cheesecake topped with berry sauce. For evenings, a short walk leads to Tokyo Midtown Garden where TOMO KOIZUMI's "Colors in Air" installation glows beautifully after dark. Continue to Roppongi Crossing for Okinawa Dining Ryuka — early-harvest mozuku seaweed, jimami tofu in dashi broth, and a Churami awamori cocktail make for one of the finest Okinawan meals in central Tokyo. 💡 Pro Tips: - Visit Tokyo Midtown Garden after 7pm for the full effect of the light installations (10-min walk from hotel) - The amenity bar gets busy at check-in peak hours (4–6pm); swing by later for a relaxed pick - Request a higher floor for Roppongi city views from your room - The barista cold-brew is served at the café counter separately from the buffet line — don't miss it (Search: SUKIYAKI TRAVEL JAPAN on YouTube for an honest look at the Serta beds, cherry blossom amenity bar & Tokyo Midtown night walk in 4K before you book! 🎥🇯🇵)
Room is quite small for this price, but clean, good location, near to train station and staffs were helpful. It was quite noisy from the road during the night but hotel provides ear plugs, which we can pick up at reception floor.
Small room with very narrow space between two twin beds. Buffet breakfast included in room package was decent and good value at under $20 additional per room. Great location a 1 min walk from a Roppongi Station entrance.
Thank you very much. We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for 1 nights (January 28-29). Free coffee and tea towel toothpaste toothbrush were available. The CR and shower were very clean. The place is within walking distance from subway station. Walking distance from Tokyo tower The owner was kind enough to let us leave our luggage until 7:00 PM, even though we checked out at 10:00 AM. This gave us more time to explore the area. Best value of your money
Very good hotel. The rooms are small but in size for japanese hotels. You can choose when to make the room clean or if you need towels. The position is great with 2 underground lines nearby and it us located in roppongi hills, streat of shopping. Last note: duty free is amazing, i'm now addicted to their honey tea
