Absolutely perfect from start to finish for our family of 5! We wanted a quieter area to come back to while exploring Tokyo; two minute walk to the train station, multiple food and coffee options, and easy access to walk down by the water. The hotel itself was excellent! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very spacious, water pressure in the bathroom was incredible, and loved having the laundry room. Cold water available in the lobby. Everything was extremely clean. I will say if you’re not used to a firmer bed it takes a night to get used to it, but ultimately is much better for your back, especially after walking all day. Anyone who sleeps on the extra bed in the room has an actual mattress. I 100% recommend and will be happy to return!
Perfect hotel for my family of four, we loved the location, lots in walking distance and close by. Hotel staff were super friendly & helpful. The very clean rooms were very spacious, handy having a seperate room for toilet with basin, made the early mornings more efficient in getting ready for a big day. Would recommend.
The hotel is very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, with a separate toilet and shower area, which was a huge plus and very convenient. We booked the Compact Bunk Bed Room for four people, and it was bigger than we expected. There was enough space to fit two large suitcases comfortably. The only thing that could be improved is the washing machine and dryer. Even after paying to use the dryer, my clothes were still quite damp, which was disappointing. I hope the hotel management can look into this and improve the laundry facilities. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its great location, spacious bathroom, and comfortable room.
This hotel is an absolute gem. It’s incredibly clean and incredibly comfortable. It’s not a staycation hotel; it’s the hotel you get when you want everything to be perfect so you can fully enjoy the city. They excel at this. The rooms with bunk beds are fantastic for families. Your child will be thrilled. And let me tell you, the showers and soaking tubs are easily the best anywhere. I know it sounds like a small thing, but you won’t forget it. We would definitely stay here again.
Amazing hospitality and the rooms were so comfortable and lovely. Great location close to shops and stations within 10 minute walks. Staff is so friendly and helpful. The amenities provided were perfect. Really enjoyed our stay thank you!
