Really easy to understand for foreigners, go to the 9th floor, to buy a 2 hour pass costs ¥400 & to rent indoor shoes costs ¥300 The staff here are incredibly helpful despite me speaking English, they were extremely welcoming, Thank you!
Well maintained gym. ¥400 for 2 hours, came here because as foreigner without local phone number is unable to set up account for most of the gym (LifeFit). Most machine has a time cap of 15mins (if there is a queue) but when I was there there was nobody.
Great place for a work out session. It’s on the higher floors and the reception will help you purchase a ticket. It’s 400 yen for two hours. Great place for a work out
