I'm writing this frank comment hoping it will help improve future services. I visited to try on Noson products and use their spa. The Noson products didn't live up to the hype I'd seen on social media; it was more like, "Wow, I can breathe a little better than usual," but that's about it. (They honestly explained beforehand that some people don't experience the same level of impact as some of the social media reactions suggested.) Even considering the Ginza location, the 60-minute spa treatment at 30,000 yen was honestly not worth it. I had a demanding job and was aware of my sympathetic nervous system being dominant, so I tried it as a reward for myself. However, both the service and the treatment felt cheap, and I didn't experience the deep relaxation described on their website as "stimulating the vagus nerve." From the initial greeting, I sensed the therapist was inexperienced and seemed uneasy. (She was very pleasant, but seemed to have little experience as a therapist.) - How she handled my hair during the treatment - Her lack of confidence when touching my ears and scalp (She seemed unsure about how much pressure to apply) Everything felt hesitant and uncomfortable. - The head massage, supposedly to induce sleep, felt like she was just touching me without any real pleasure. (I understand why she used the word "service," but at that level, it might be better not to offer it at all.) - The treatment table was tilted only at the upper body from the start, making me feel like I was going to slide off. (She asked if my back hurt and placed a triangular cushion under my knees, but if you're going to tilt the table for the treatment, you should just put a cushion there without even asking.) - The tools and products used were questionable. They didn't have a luxurious feel, and they didn't match the salon's or Noson's brand image. (They might sell it at the clinic, but it's probably better not to mention it.) * Hydrogen generator for home use (They also seem to sell this at the clinic, so it might be for promotional purposes, but it gave me a cheap impression.) * Air conditioning control I changed into a wrap-around towel like those used in esthetics for my upper body so they could touch my décolleté, but the temperature was the same from the treatment to the sleeping time, so it was too cold and I felt like I was going to catch a cold. If the purpose is to take a nap, it would be better to prepare a blanket before the sleeping time. (In addition, they kept a folded hand towel over my eyes the whole time, but even just during the sleeping time, a slightly heavier, aromatherapy-infused eye mask would create a more luxurious feel.) I was told that the therapist always handles everything alone, so I thought that they might not have an environment to improve their service and treatment skills. Perhaps they are still in the startup phase, as there were plenty of openings and I could book an appointment right up until the last minute, even on a holiday. I thought that it might not be easy for them to gain experience by treating many clients. I was gently encouraged to return within three weeks of the treatment, but my personal opinion is that if they continue offering the service at that price, they will need to urgently review and improve their service and skills, otherwise it will be difficult to attract repeat customers.
I visited to try on a device called noson, which opens up the nasal passages. The service was polite and the fitting process was comfortable without any excessive sales pitches. The store is on the 8th floor of the building, and although there is an elevator, it only goes up a flight of stairs to the second floor, so people in wheelchairs or who use a cane may need to use some ingenuity to access it.
