What an amazing experience! I took my 6-year-old daughter, expecting she might decide to skip the head spa, but she ended up loving every minute of it. She said it was so relaxing that she happily stayed for the entire treatment. We absolutely loved dressing up in the kimono and enjoying tea beforehand—it made the whole experience feel so special and authentic. The head spa itself relaxing, although it would have been nice to have more massaging while the water was running, either on the shoulders or head. Our hair did feel clean and refreshed afterwards. The only small point I'd mention is that I have thick, curly hair, and the blow-dry wasn't able to straighten it completely. I think they're just not used to working with hair like mine. That said, when I asked if I could finish styling it myself, they were more than happy to accommodate, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I'd highly recommend.
Myself and my daughter had the premium hair spa treatment today and it was fabulous. They were so friendly and welcoming and the treatment was very relaxing, so much that we both nearly fell asleep. We also had our hair straightened after and it was perfect, not a single hair was out place and our hair felt so healthy and silky after. I would recommend going if you are near shinjuku.
Our experience was INCREDIBLE! We did not have a reservation and just did a walk-in. They were able to accommodate us right away. The entire experience for beginning to end was relaxing and the greatest spa experience I have had. Highly recommend this place, not overly busy, quiet environment, and an absolutely amazing price. I wish I was staying longer so I can get more treatments done here! Thank you so much to the two stylists that took care of us. I completely recommend to everyone!
Fantastic head spa! Taiki is an excellent specialist. I am pretty sure I fell asleep because I was so relaxed. After a week of jet lag and walking many miles, this was a lovely treat. Highly recommend.
Wonderful headspa experience. The staff took excellent care of my two daughters and me. They can accommodate up to 4 headspa treatments at once. They even took and printed photos for us at the end. Our scalp and hair feel and smell so nice and clean. It’s on the 5th floor, not the first like how google says.
