Every interaction was warm, genuine, professional, and attentive, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with elegant design, luxurious rooms, and breathtaking views that create a relaxing and sophisticated atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it one of the finest hotels we have ever experienced. What impressed us most was the atmosphere. Our stay at the Fairmont Tokyo exceeded our expectations in every way. I chose this hotel for several reasons: its reputation for exceptional service, its stunning views, and the incredible collection of amenities available on-site. Traveling internationally with my daughter, having everything we needed within the hotel made our trip effortless and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time together. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are elegant and thoughtfully designed, the restaurants are outstanding, and the panoramic views of Tokyo are breathtaking—especially at sunset. Every space feels luxurious without being pretentious, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel is remarkable. I did experience a few concerns during the early part of our stay, particularly regarding some service experiences. Rather than ignore them, I shared my feedback with management. I cannot say enough about how professionally and genuinely they handled the situation. They listened carefully, took ownership of my concerns, and resolved everything quickly. From that point forward, we had an absolutely flawless experience. That level of responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction speaks volumes about the hotel’s leadership and dedication to excellence. Travel is about creating memories, and this mother-daughter trip was incredibly special to us. Thanks to the care and hospitality of the Fairmont Tokyo team, our stay ended on the highest note possible. It’s refreshing to see a hotel that not only strives for excellence but is also willing to listen and make things right when needed. We had the pleasure of staying at Fairmont Tokyo for one week to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We stayed in Suite 4018 with an incredible view of Tokyo Tower. The suite was beautiful, spacious, and finished to the highest standard. Housekeeping was exceptional – our room was serviced twice a day, always perfectly cleaned and beautifully prepared. The attention to detail throughout our stay was outstanding. As Fairmont Gold guests, we checked in at the exclusive Gold Lounge, where we were warmly welcomed by Kyuu. He, together with the entire Gold Lounge team, took outstanding care of us throughout our stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment. Nothing was ever too much to ask. The Fairmont Gold Lounge is one of the best we’ve experienced. It offers an excellent selection of premium drinks, including Pommery and Laurent-Perrier Champagne, delicious cocktails, and high-quality food throughout the day. Everything is presented with great care and attention. If you’re looking for a true five-star luxury experience in Tokyo, Fairmont Tokyo is the place to stay. The combination of exceptional service, outstanding facilities, and an amazing team made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We will definitely be back.
Our stay at the Fairmont Tokyo Bay was nothing short of perfection. I recently spent three nights in a Gold Floor room woth my family and it was an absolutely beautiful experience from start to finish. The room itself was stunning, offering breathtaking views overlooking Tokyo Bay. One of the absolute highlights was the pool, which provides a spectacular vantage point of Tokyo Tower—it’s the perfect place to unwind while soaking in the city’s iconic skyline. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the incredible staff. They were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. I even had the pleasure of making a few friends among the team, which made the experience feel so much more personal and warm. The Gold Lounge is truly exceptional. Being able to enjoy the sweeping views of both Tokyo Tower and the Tokyo Tree while relaxing was a treat. The offerings were top-tier, with the lounge providing everything from delicious high tea and lunch to a wonderful selection of cocktails and more throughout the day. If you are looking for a luxurious, memorable escape in Tokyo with world-class service, I cannot recommend the Fairmont Tokyo Bay highly enough. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!.
1. Service The service was warm and attentive, and almost every staff member remembered my name and requests. Communication in English — and even some Korean — was possible, which made the stay even more comfortable. 2. Room The room was maintained in perfect condition, and the Tokyo Bay night view was truly spectacular. What impressed me the most this time was the comfort of the pillows and the outstanding bathroom system. The rainfall shower and the excellent water pressure of the regular shower allowed me to experience the best sense of wellness at Fairmont Tokyo. 3. Facilities Although I unfortunately did not have the chance to use the swimming pool, I was very satisfied with the sauna, which was also of exceptional quality. 4. Dining We visited Kiln & Tonic for breakfast, Vue Mer for lunch, Migiwa for lunch, and Driftwood Bar & Grill for dinner. Every restaurant provided a rich and memorable dining experience, and we were genuinely happy throughout our stay. 5. Thank You Thank you to all the staff and employees at Fairmont Tokyo.
