The room is rather small with 2 twin beds. Not much room for luggage. No closets. Furniture is modern and room is clean. Location is goodn you can walk to train station and Tokyo harbor.
I stayed here for the NexTech Week exhibition at Tokyo Big Sight. The room was very clean and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The surrounding area was lovely too — there is even a park nearby which was a nice touch. The shuttle bus service to Tokyo Big Sight was also a great bonus, making getting around very easy. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Rooms were super clean, staff were very helpful and made sure to communicate clearly. The hotel is in a great spot if you are planning to wake up early to catch the fish market.
Great staff. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were very clean and with that clean clothes smell. On a variety of floors they have many amenities such as an ice machine, washing machines, press and iron, free hotel shuttle bus to the city among many others. We were on the 8th floor with a faraway view of the city. The staff were amazing, we sent our luggage ahead of us and they kept it safe for 2 days before we got there.
