incredible hotel, with an exceptional staff, located closely to some amazing malls and overall just immaculate in how clean and well operated it is. the breakfast was super delicious. the balcony in the executive suites made this honeymoon feel extra special. hope to come back some day
Stunning views, generally well connected to train lines, there is a stop immediately at the hotel, renovated public spaces and guest rooms and corridors appear underway. The balconies are a huge benefit. Very kind and friendly staff. The pool should stay open a little later than 8:30 and the outdoor seating in the executive lounge was often closed or closed early. I also recommend adding a salad option for American diners at the evening buffet grill restaurant. Fantastic pool and gym. Overall, great hotel!
Stayed for 2 nights in mid June and I enjoyed it. Although it is under extensive renovation, the room is still spacious and comportable to stay and stunning view of Rainbow bridge is a bonus. The spa and pool is a must go, especially during sunset time to stay in jacuzzi and facing the sunset bridge view. It is not in centre of Tokyo but is close to two large shopping mall, so shopping is still very convenient. One more bonus is that there is complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland, and paid shuttle buses to both NRT and HND airport.
Excellent Hilton Hotel located near the Statue of Liberty in Odaiba. It is conveniently located near the Aqua City Odaiba Mall with plenty to do within walking distance. What I liked is the Daiba Station is literally connected to the hotel, so catching a train is super easy. The breakfast buffet is well worth the upgrade as there is an abundance of foods and with a fresh selection. The hotel is staffed with helpful employees and it is very clean and properly maintained. I would absolutely stay here again.
Well it’s been about 3 years since I stayed at this location. The service is excellent they are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They even speak English for those that don’t speak Japanese 😂. Check in was fast and because I’m a Hilton diamond member they even were able to give me an upgrade and you even get free access to the executive lounge. So I would definitely recommend you join Hilton honors. The room was of course bigger than most and very very elegant, everything was clean and smelled fresh. I kinda wish they offered a wash cloth, but that’s just a minor issue. We had a wonderful view of the rainbow bridge and bay. The room had a coffee machine, and free bottles of water everyday. Oh and the shower was amazing, I love the shower head that is on the ceiling. I did order room service on one night the food was cooked perfectly and even though the server didn’t say anything she was nice and polite. The pool is very nice and is warm not freezing cold to jump in, they also had a decent gym, sauna and steam room. The gym is open 24/7 but the pool opens and closes at 0800-2000. One thing is the location is kinda out of the way but it is nice and quiet. I do enjoy my nights without any loud noises. Honestly I love staying at the Hilton in odaiba, a definite favorite. I’ll be back!
