We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Everything was great: it’s clean and perfectly located. The rooms are usual (ie small) but seem enough for a family of 3 as well. Everything was clean. Staff is polite and efficient. Location is great. It’s close to all the hustle and bustle but still off the main streets so it’s much quieter. Downstairs there is a family market convenience store as well as some restaurants across the street. There’s also a breakfast place downstairs for about $12 per person. The food was good as well. Overall, it’s a good value for money hotel and we had a good stay and even stayed one more night in this place. I’d recommend staying in this hotel rather than in Shibuya.
Not very spacious but very clean. They've prepared many amenities which is very helpful for me:) A convenient store located right next to the reception area. Pretty close to akihabara but not too noisy, train easy to access
We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) at HOTEL MYSTAYS Ochanomizu Conference Center in a family room, and the overall experience was good. The room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for all of us to settle in. While not overly large, it was well arranged and worked fine for a short family stay. The location is excellent, close to Akihabara and Ochanomizu stations, making it easy to explore Tokyo and access restaurants, shops, and transport. Staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Facilities felt practical and reliable, though not luxurious. In summary, HOTEL MYSTAYS Ochanomizu Conference Center is a solid choice for families looking for convenience, comfort, and good value in central Tokyo.
Convenient location, but lacking in cleanliness and service. Pros: Convenience: There is a convenience store attached to the building which is very helpful. Room Size: The room was an okay size and didn't feel too cramped. Cons: Cleanliness: The room was incredibly dusty upon arrival. Air Quality: The air purifier was flashing red regarding air quality for the duration of the stay. Lack of Service: No room cleaning or fresh towel service was provided. Limited Amenities: Very few amenities; specifically, no coffee was provided. Summary: Unless you are choosing this solely for the attached shop and location, the lack of basic upkeep makes it hard to recommend.
A reasonably priced hotel in a convenient location, just a short walk from multiple subway and metro lines. The rooms are cozy, well-appointed, and provide a comfortable stay. The only drawback is the hotel’s strict adherence to the 3pm check-in policy, even when rooms are available earlier. A bit more flexibility here would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
