Perfection from start to finish! If you are looking for a flawless spa experience, WaSpa is it. My wife and I booked a couples massage here and were blown away by the service. They greet you with delicious matcha tea to get you into a relaxing headspace, and the treatment itself was stellar—the head massage was a particular highlight! Afterward, being able to unwind with a bath and shower was the perfect transition, topped off with a very refreshing cold ginger tea. A completely rejuvenating experience from beginning to end. We will definitely be back!
We had just spent 2 weeks walking in Japan , and this was the most amazing massage I have ever gotten in my entire life! It was perfectly strong (I chose moderate) and they really made you feel so relaxed and comfortable ! This was perfect for the day before a long flight! I would absolutely reccomend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Absolutely phenomenal 😌 Visiting Tokyo called for some self-care, so I went in for a Gold Cream Facial with Lymphatic Drainage. The ambiance set the mood for personal healing. I was pleasantly surprised as it begun with a soothing back massage. From start to finish everything was incredibly therapeutic and refreshing. My face, neck, and back feel amazing! The staff was welcoming, pleasant, and professionally skilled. I already want to book again before I leave Japan 😊
I have been to Waspa at least once a year for the past 3 years every time I visited japan. And I brought my two daughters with me last few times to do facials as well. Their services were always excellent. The facility is very spacious, clean and definitely feels like a high end spa. The location of the spa is great and in the middle of Ginza, walking distance from subway entrance and lots of hotel there. I always did the combination of massage and facial as I want to spend as much time as possible there. I had Takeda a few times and she is always very professional and did a great job. Will definitely recommend.
