Experienced this hotel twice now, both visits are a couple of months apart. The location is nice, it's about a 5-10 walk from the center of shibuya so you don't really get intercepted with the chaos. Subways, convenience stores, restaurants, and shops are still close by. The rooms are nice, so far it's the most modern of all places I've stayed in the country. Room is clean, beds are comfy, bathroom and showers are great. What made our stay especially enjoyable was the staff. Everyone was attentive, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their patience and kindness. This will definitely be our spot whenever we're in Shibuya. A special thank you to Kohei K. , who took the time to help us after we accidentally left an item in a taxi. He contacted the taxi company a few times on our behalf and helped coordinate its return. We were very grateful for his willingness to help and truly appreciate his outstanding service.
Was on top floor for my stay of 3 days, never tried the restaurants as the pizza place seemed grossly over priced 4000 yen a pizza. It was fine for a short stay but aside from the shower set up the room felt small. We had our luggage spilling onto the bed or walking area as there's no room for it otherwise. It's main asset is the location, if you have a list of things you wanna do in the area it can be convenient to stay for a day or 2 but I'd look for better spots.
Booked this place for its prime location, relatively updated interiors (not a combined wet room where the shower gets the toilet covered in water), and the extremely rare ability in Japan to book a two-queen room. Note, not a two-double room, but true queen size beds in length, which was necessary for the 6'3" person in our 3-person group. The room is pretty much as advertised by photos, which is to say, not much floor space but everything is well-designed to maximize surface area storage and usability. Shower tile isn't super clean but the great water pressure makes up for that, and we also really appreciated the two sinks (one inside the bathroom, one outside). And small details like a mini fridge tucked away under the sink, or outlets and built-in ledge storage along the headboard. The lobby structure is strange and this is not the hotel for people who want to hang out in their rooms all day, but for modern Western-style amenities in a great location, it was ideal for us.
Loved the design of this hotel. It has a youthful, trendy energy with a cool vibe that feels fresh and effortlessly stylish. The room size was really good - spacious, comfortable, and easy to settle into. The location is great, making it super convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole stay even better. A fun, stylish place with a great atmosphere.
We stayed at All Day Place Shibuya May 8-10,2026. Although the room was smaller than expected, the shower and beds were great! The location and restaurants within were excellent! Most importantly, the customer service was top notch. Every employee was wonderful but we must give special recognition to Reo (Reona) who was so kind and helpful to us! We wanted to surprise our grandchild with special Pokeman cards from Japan, which he helped us find and then offered several cards from his own collection! He would not accept any payment from us! Thank you for such an wonderful experience!
