Nice hotel in an affordable bracket. English is spoken, staff friendly. 400-500 m to a subway station.
Great spot to stay in Akihabara. Close to everything. Clean, nice staff and anything you need to get exploring. Definitely recommend and will probably stay here next time I'm in Akihabara
The rooms in this hotel are tiny. Everything works, and is in good repair, but you will have trouble opening your suitcase in the room, because there isn't any space for luggage. Also, if you are two people in a room, one of you will have to stay out of the way if the other one wants to move around. We didn't find the staff particularly helpful or forthcoming with good information. Something they will do is keep your luggage for a few hours softer check out. Breakfast wasn't that good either, and the room where it is served is overcrowded and cramped. Overall, this is the worst Best Western hotel that I have ever stayed in.
Great hotel, lovely amenities especially the free cleansers and moisturisers at reception. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Only fault being the lift is extremely slow (1 lift for 12 floors) and the stairs are shut off for emergencies only meaning you have no choice but to wait :(
