So clean, well decorated, breakfast simple but good, friendly staff, good location! Very happy with our stay!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this minimalist gem in Nishi-Nippori. Traveling as a family can be stressful, but this home made everything easy and relaxing. The design is stunning—clean, modern, and clutter-free, yet it feels incredibly warm and cozy. We loved how the space was utilized; it provided plenty of room for the kids without feeling cramped, which is rare for Tokyo! The location is fantastic. It’s tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, giving us a true local feel, but it's only a short walk to the station with easy access to the Yamanote Line. There are great local bakeries and supermarkets nearby that were perfect for our family needs. The host was exceptionally thoughtful and the check-in process was seamless. If you appreciate beautiful, functional design and a quiet place to rest after a busy day of sightseeing, look no further. We can’t wait to come back!
I stayed here during my last trip to Tokyo. In my opinion, this place is just perfect in every way. The room is clean and tidy. The staffs are friendly and the service is great. The location is excellent as it is located near train station and convenience stores. Highly recommended and would definitely be staying again next time I’m in Tokyo.
Highly recommended family-friendly hotel in Tokyo We stayed in a Studio room (22 sq.m.) with a minimalist design. The room uses a PIN code entry system. Inside the room, there are two 4-foot beds; two people can sleep on each bed comfortably without feeling cramped. In the middle of the room, there is a multi-purpose table and a small sofa for relaxing. We had four 26-inch suitcases—two could be opened at the same time if the table was moved. There is a small kitchen corner equipped with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, and complete dining utensils. The bathroom is separated into a shower room and a toilet, which can be used independently. A hair dryer, toiletries, and towels are provided. The hotel changes towels and collects trash daily, but full room cleaning is not provided every day (we stayed for 3 nights). The reception area is small and combined with a café. On the second floor, there is a shared washing machine with free detergent. The staff speak good English, and check-in was quick and easy. Luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out if space allows (since it is a shared area and not suitable for valuables). We were also able to leave our luggage while traveling out of town and return to stay again. The hotel is conveniently located near JR Yamanote Line, Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, and the Nippori–Toneri Liner, making transportation extremely easy, especially on the way back to Narita Airport as the elevator is right behind the hotel. Some train noise can be heard during the daytime, but it’s not disturbing. At night, there was no noise issue, and we slept well every night. Around the hotel, there are convenience stores, restaurants, and drugstores.
We stayed 3 nights at the Nishinippori location, which is near the train station and lots of restaurants. I've seen some reviews complaining about the train being too loud because of the proximity to the station, but it honestly didn't bother me. Just pop some ear plugs in. Check in was super easy, check out even easier. The breakfast provided was delicious, I will be dreaming about the sandwich for a long time and my friend said the granola was super tasty. The room was very spacious, and the use of lofted beds/bunk bed is an amazing idea. Lots of room for luggage if you utilize the space correctly. There was a kitchenette, perfect for konbini runs, and a balcony with a view of the Tokyo Tower making the experience wonderful. The room was clean, the beds comfy. Overall our stay was fantastic and if I visit Tokyo again I will definitely be back.
