FOR THE PRICE it's an amazing place to stay, clean and tidy enough. Yes the shared showers can handle two people at once. Yes the toilets are not the best. Clean bed, clean towels everyday, a bathroom you can clean yourself for sure. And an amazing, friendly, intellectual manager, Kenichi makes it a lot better. We stayed at Sagami for about 30 nights so far in multiple travels. I don't understand people expecting Sheraton quality for $50 per night in the middle of Shinjuku. If you want Sheraton, go stay at Sheraton.
