Hotel Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande
Tokyo
Reseñas
Great stay for our first trip to Tokyo! We stayed here for three nights during our first visit to Tokyo, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is extremely central and just a short walk from the heart of Ginza. Compared to another hotel we stayed at later in our trip, the room size here felt standard/okay for Tokyo. Another major plus was that an iron was available in the hallway for guests to use. This was a huge relief, as I've had issues at other hotels where no iron was provided at all. The mattress was very comfortable, and the staff provided great service throughout our stay. One highlight was definitely the provided pajamas—the material was super soft and comfortable! A very nice touch. Would definitely recommend!
We had stayed in Golden week period so overall is just fair-to-good compared to the price we paid. Bedding is comfort and clean but pillow is too soft(in my opinion though). Noted that they introduced many Refa product (Hairdryer and Shower). Staff and services is great and willing to help. Greatest deal of this hotel is location, as they located in Tsukiji so Ginza and Tokyo station is easy-to-reach (8 mins and 18 mins, respectively) and this 2 stations grant you an easy access to get to every part of Tokyo. Walking distance from station to hotel is 3 mins and elevator is available via Exit 3b.
This is the place for a normal travel stay, nothing too fancy but just comfortable. For reasons below: 1. Very close to Underground ( 3 mins walk) 2. Very polite receptionist ( male, helped me with adapter so I can use my UK charger) 3. valuable choice for its price (about £150 per night in Sakura Season, while all international 5 stars are crazy now ) 4. The room is well designed so even sq not big but not stressful.
Room is nice, not too cramp for Tokyo’s standard. Bed is more to softer type. Bathtub is compact but the water flow is amazing! Fills the tub quickly. Hotel vibe is calm. Location is great. Managed to use the washing machine and dryer with ease (though a bit expensive). And takkyubin service went smoothly. Packages were taken care of and intact. Perhaps service can be warmer? Thank you!
Well run with good facilities for guests, good value for money in a good location. Check in was efficient, no issue storing our bags until our room was ready. Twin room was spacious by Tokyo standards. Not much surface space in bathroom but very minor issue. Very comfy beds and pillows. Good shower, everything you need in the room. Laundry was great, do a wash for 600y. Breakfast was good, plenty to suit most tastes with fairly respectable machine coffee. I chose the location based on cost and proximity Ginza/ good metro connections. It’s just 2 metro stops from busy Ginza but a quieter area, and half the price of hotels in Ginza. All in all, an absolute winner! Also just a short walk to the river, where there are walking paths. A really nice area to stay. Staff were great, reception very efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
