Great hotel right in the heart of Ginza located in a relatively quiet area at night. The staff were fantastic, incredibly helpful with my luggage forwarding and room service was great and very promote. There is gym on site, breakfast each morning was great and there is a laundry service although it’s a little pricier. Overall, I’d definitely come back!
5 stars Outstanding stay at Hyatt Centric Tokyo. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Two young men kindly helped us when we were leaving by hailing a cab and loading our luggage, which we really appreciated. The room was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The layout felt cozy and functional, with a clean, modern aesthetic. Everything was well placed, from the lighting to the storage, making it easy to settle in and relax. I saw a complaint about the window visibility after showering, but there is a partition you can pull closed, along with blackout blinds, so that may have simply been missed. We had no issue with privacy. The bed was amazing. Comfort is subjective, but for me it was excellent. I’m 6’4” and about 200 lbs, and I slept very well. The shower was also incredible—great design, great feel, and one of the highlights of the room. The complimentary snacks and coffee were another great touch and made the stay even better. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.
Absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Centric Ginza! The location is unbeatable right in the bustling heart of the neighborhood, steps away from shopping, dining, and multiple subway lines. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, with the helpful staff promptly taking our luggage straight to the room. The rooms are surprisingly spacious by Tokyo standards, exceptionally clean, and feature a very cool modern aesthetic with great tech touches like bedside power outlets. The service was top-notch across the board; everyone was extremely polite, spoke excellent English, and the concierge was super helpful with booking our dinner reservations. One of the absolute best perks was the 24-hour self-service free snack and drink bar in the lobby, which was a huge plus after a long day of exploring. If you want exceptional convenience, stylish comfort, and fantastic service, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!
I stayed at the Hyatt Centric Ginza from Oct 23rd to 25th in 2025, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Location: The location simply couldn't be better. It is right in the center of Ginza:you are literally a 1 minute walk from the Louis Vuitton flagship store and the Chanel store. It’s perfect if you are planning to shop or explore the area. Room: We received a wonderful surprise upon check-in. Even though we only hold Discoverist status (the 2nd lowest tier), the staff generously upgraded us to a Corner Room! In a city like Tokyo where space is often limited, this room was incredibly spacious. We could easily open both of our large 28 inch suitcases and still had plenty of room to move around. Amenities & Service: One of my favorite touches was the complimentary snack bar. They provided great options like protein bars, Japanese tea, and even electrolyte drinks. Being able to grab a drink or a snack whenever I wanted made the stay feel very "homey." The staff is top-notch. You are warmly greeted every time you enter the building. They were helpful with every request, from recommending restaurants to calling taxis and even shipping our luggage to the next hotel. I will definitely stay here again!
