Service is good. Location is good with easy access to the city. There is a beach 20 minutes away, restaurant across the road. They can’t book a taxi to the airport which is a standard hotel facility which is a bit odd. They have a shuttle bus service but if it’s an early flight then you will need to get a taxi. The pool and baths are not tattoo friendly but there is a bath you can hire a private room across the road.
Weekend staycation, we've been meaning to stay here for some time due to their rooftop onsen/sauna facilities. Finally got around to it when able to lock in a decent daily rate. Hotel is still fairly new and located outside of the Ginza area, next to the newer fish market in Toyosu. There are some interesting things to nearby like TeamLabs, Lalaport mall, an Edo period themed restaurant area next door, and parks/walking/running/cycling areas that have great Tokyo Bay views including Rainbow bridge. While technically near Ginza, would advise taking a bus or taxi as walk is a bit longer (but you can stop by Tsukiji fish market on the way). Hotel itself, we were surprised with the room, a bit bigger than expected. Onsen/spa facilities are great, new and not too crowded but need to be careful to avoid peak periods (just before breakfast/dinner time). Buffet breakfast is also worth it but looks to be cheaper if you request and pay at check-in, rather than include in your booking. Room rates are on the higher end for what it is, honestly speaking, but if you can get a promotion rate, it can be worth it for the onsen/spa alone. There's a gym but it costs extra to access.
It's not located at the city centre but just next to the Toyosu market. Checkin is self-service and the room size was ok with limited space to open my luggage. I guessed some of the rooms (not mine) should have the rainbow bridge view. There was a lounge and a restaurant on the lobby level. The top floor had onsen and sauna. The male area overlooked the rainbow bridge. You may grab an ice bar at the sitting area. There was also a bar opening till 2am and a massage and treatment area opening till like 3am. After 10pm, the restaurant provided free noodle to hotel guests. Breakfast had a great variety. The sashimi for rice bowl topping gave you an opportunity to enjoy Japanese seafood breakfast. Parking was limited. I arrived late and had to park at a nearby parking lot.
The place is close to train station and teamlab planets Tokyo. This was the first guy hotel in Japan where check-in and check-out is automated. Less reliance on staff. The Bay views are really good. The rooms are spacious. The rooms are Japanese style with twin beds , has lounge wear for each guests and separate room slippers as amenities. I didn't use the spa here . However, they are open till 3 AM I think. I don't remember seeing any bell staff .we took all th baggage to our room ourselves.
Clean room, good location, service was ok, and Onsen in hotel is so nice that I never got use my own in room shower. Location: very easy access to public transport including bus and sky train(U). Located just right across fish market and shopping/dining area where they have a lot of fresh foods and fruits. Onsen:They have both indoor and outdoor with bath tub and sauna room. They also have special bath of the month where they put herb or flower powder in the onsen. You will be able to see the rainbow bridge and the harbour, and if you lucky to have clear sky like what we got in our last day here, you will be able to see mountain Fuji from distance hide behind city building. What I like the most here is how close the hotel are to fish market, the quality of onsen, and easy access to public transport. If possible I will come here again with my family.
