It's good where it matters. Only criticism is hot water is spotty. Wifi can be a little slow. Things are a little off spots on the floor but like I said it's good where it matters. The beds are clean and are cleaned regularly and is soft. The receptionist is exceptional she speaks english well and is super helpful. Walking distance to Akihabara.
