I’m glad we booked this location. The walk to the fish market each morning was a blessing. You are a 5 minute walk away! You’ll get spoiled with food options. If you’re a food lover, I’d recommend booking this stay as your last portion of your trip. It can ruin the experience for other stays while you’re in Japan :) The Tsukiji train station is also very close by but with two small kids and the heat, we opted to use the cab a lot more. There’s also a Buddhist temple that you can walk to and escape from the heat. For a family of four (two adults and two small kids) the double twin worked out. However if your kids are older, plan on a bigger room or multiple rooms. There was very little to none closet space in our twin room. We hung up what was needed and kept things in the luggage when not used. The washer/dryer combo machine was a great addition as well. Just take caution on the duration it’ll take to finish. The hotel gives two small packets of detergent but we brought our own as well. Take advantage of the second floor! Free water and ice. It’s one less thing to worry about in your day to day when you can just fill up on filtered water (or coffee). The second floor is also a great place to bring the kids to hangout at since it is only used for amenities and office space. The luggage shipping offered from the hotel was very convenient for us as well. Two less bulky items to worry about when going from city to city by train.
Excellent stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. What really stood out was the exceptional service. During our trip, I accidentally left my Alo cap on a highway bus, and the hotel staff kindly helped me contact the bus company so I was able to get it back. After checking out, I also realized I had left some clothes in my room. Ms. Mana Tanaka quickly helped locate them, sent photos to confirm the items, and arranged to have them shipped to my home. Thank you, Ms. Tanaka and the entire team, for going above and beyond. Your kindness and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. I would gladly stay here again!
Exceptional Service and Perfect Location in Ginza. If your priority is top-tier service and proximity to the Ginza and Tsukiji areas, this hotel is an excellent choice. The staff here are truly amazing—everyone is professional, attentive, and goes out of their way to ensure a great stay. The onsen facility is a fantastic highlight to unwind after a day of exploring. I also really appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine right in the room, which makes a huge difference. Regarding housekeeping, they maintain a schedule of cleaning every alternate day, which worked okay for me. A note on dining: the breakfast selection is somewhat limited, but they do offer a good variety of breads that are egg-free, which was a big plus. It is important to manage expectations regarding space—the rooms are quite small, though this seems to be the standard in the area. If you are comfortable with compact quarters, I highly recommend booking this hotel for the incredible service and prime location. If you prefer spacious rooms, you might want to look elsewhere.
Loved our stay here. The staff is the friendliest and extremely helpful and accommodating. There's a little cafe downtstairs as well with great coffee and tea and small bites. Each room had its own washer/dryer in unit which I took advantage of towards the end out of stay. I would recommend getting a king room if available if you like/need more space. We also stayed in the queen room which was enjoyable but with our luggage we needed more space. My boyfriend had the Japanese breakfast every morning and thoroughly enjoyed it. The gym in hotel is great for stretching and some light workouts THE HOT BATH. One of my favorite aspects being able to soak after a long day and then shower and go to bed was chefs kiss. It's also really close to a train station which makes travel a lot simpler! Will be back!

The front desk team is exceptional, always welcoming, efficient, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. A special thank you to Pim, who went above and beyond in assisting us during checkout. She took the time to ensure everything was handled perfectly, which really reminded us again of how wonderful our stay was overall. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every aspect of the property felt thoughtfully managed, and it’s clear that a high standard of quality is consistently upheld. Overall, everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to returning very soon!
