Out-standing design! The red window in the center is a lighting of the space. It widens up the room. I stay in room 1 for 2 days, I’ll said it is the most comfortable room I ever experienced in Tokyo. The breakfast plate is delicious and in good portion. I have a great time! The owner will provide QR code for entering the rare door and room. It is convenient and I wouldn’t forget the key again.

This hotel is fantastic. The design is beautiful and well thought through, and every detail seems intentional. There‘s a calm and relaxed vibe, and we really loved it. Breakfast is amazing as well - they have the best bread, so delicious! The location is very convenient. It’s in a cute neighborhood and well connected to metro lines that take you to major spots in no time. We stayed in one of the light rooms as well as the premium suite. The small rooms are perfectly fine, but if available, I suggest to splurge on the suite - it‘s wonderfully spacious and more quiet than the light rooms.

Convenient location, well-sized room, and beautiful design. The included breakfast was simple and delicious, the staff were very nice and accommodating, and the amenities served our needs well. The surrounding area was peaceful and the hotel served as a much needed respite from an otherwise busy week. We would definitely recommend this hotel for future stays.

Such a cool stay in a great location! I absolutely loved the design features. There are only five rooms so there is no dedicated lobby, but there was always prompt service. The room was super cozy complete with slippers and an essential oil diffuser. Be aware the premise was very noisy from the restaurant until about 10:30pm but I didn't find it to be a problem. Breakfast was very good and super convenient. Overall I was very impressed especially considering the price point. Thank you for your hospitality!

We were looking for an accomodation near Tokyo station and chanced upon this hotel. The description on Agoda shows the nearby landmarks as near Tokyo station but it's at Akasaka Station where we ended up happy cos it's a Harry Potter train station. We totally did not regret staying here as it is also very convenient going to Shibuya and Tokyo station. There are many eateries nearby, 2 coin laundry shops and 7-11 is 30secs walk away. Walking to Tokyo midtown was easy too . The pizza restaurant in the same building, Sabasu is a must try. What we really love is how exclusive the place is. There are only around 5 rooms and it feels like a designer boutique hotel with slope wooden rooftop and artististic furnishings. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. She was responsive to my messages. We were allowed to store our luggages when we checked in early and the lady actually helped us to bring the luggages to our room though there was no lift. Very quaint, spacious and even have a corner for my kids to hang out and look out of the window. The hotel also uses very good quality toiletries. A very nice breakfast was provided too. A great hidden gem !Highly recommend this place!
