The room is cozy with a kitchen, dish washer, and washer. It is rather an apartment. The service is very good. They speak English. There is free coffee in the lobby. The price is very good in Tokyo. The location is closed to several lines of trains/subways.

With this mediocre rating, we did enjoy our stay here. The trouble is that after this hotel we stayed at others during our 2 week Japan trip at this same price point that were much better. The location is perfect if you want to be sort of close to things, while at a super quiet neighborhood. The staff was nice and so was the Wednesday night happy hour. The room is way smaller than it appears on their website, the smallest of our trip. Had a nice balcony, but the bed was squeezed into the room to tight it was hard to get to. My biggest complaint is we selected this room mostly because we are a family of 4, and saw where you can slide a partition to close off the main bedroom from the beds in the living room. However, the room only has one AC unit in the living room, and if you close the partition, you close off the air and it gets super hot and stuffy. I was also disappointed that this was the only hotel to offer zero help with a luggage delivery service other than suggesting "taking your luggage to 7-11" I would stay here again if it were just my spouse because the beds were comfy, but with a family choose one of the other apartment hotels.

Would definitely stay here again. Spacious room for our family of four with 2 large luggage, stroller and 4 backpacks. My daughter enjoyed the easter egg hunt. The staffs are friendly and speak fluent English. Thanks for the complimentary one hour early check in! Great value for money

Great place for a family, clean and spacious. The kitchen had a fridge and a small freezer, which is superb when you have been shopping for snacks at the convenience store. Close walking distance to Hatchobori station. The bathroom was great with a washer/dryer and lots of space. Staff is very friendly and we really appreciated that we could store our luggage the last day before leaving. Very much recommend this place!

This Ginza East locale was on a nice quiet street just a few min walk to multiple metro stations and about 25 min walk to the main shopping area of Ginza. The staff was very helpful and we had no problems communicating or asking for help. The room itself was clean and very functional. We used the washer/dryer a few times during our 7 night stay. The tap water was drinkable. I loved the ventilation/heating system in the shower room. It was a little compact for a couple, but that's what we were expecting. We brought 3 suitcases, and kept them all in the kitchenette during our stay. There were enough hangers & drawer space to fully unpack and allow for new items from shopping. There were a few wet & rainy days in Tokyo, but the hotel provided nice umbrellas, and the room's entryway has a little cabinet to store your shoes, etc. Tokyo is a huge city to traverse, so make sure you position yourself close to your top destinations. From Hatchobori station, it felt like everything we wanted to do was at least a 30-40 min train ride away. Overall, I would definitely stay in another Section L if I were visiting again!
