Shibuya Hotel En
Tokyo
Reseñas
Stayed there for just one night. Prices were high probably because of the Shibuya location, it was at a walking distance from the station. Size of the room was small. Front desk reception service was good and helpful. There was also some random fire alarm multiple times at 2 in the night. When I called the reception, they told me that the maintenance people are looking into it. Other than that stay experience was ok.
I had a wonderful stay at EN Hotel Shibuya and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the front desk staff were especially outstanding. A special thank you to Gurung Priti, who went above and beyond to assist me with an issue involving one of my packages. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout the process. What impressed me most was that he continued to provide updates on the package status even after I had already checked out of the hotel. That level of dedication and customer care is truly exceptional. The hotel itself was comfortable and conveniently located with everything close by, but it was the outstanding service that made my stay memorable. Thank you to Gurung Priti and the entire EN Hotel Shibuya team for making my visit such a positive experience. Highly recommended!
Stayed here for the cherry blossom season (first week of April) We stayed for 3 nights. The location is good; it's near to the shibuya crossing but not so near that it is noisy-- its actually quiet, near 7-eleven and Family Mart. For the hotel amenities; there is no common-use microwave; there is no clothe iron; But hey, for a Japan Hotel Room, this is big! (bigger than our osaka hotel room actually) - good value for money for the location and size. But please note that the refrigerator is small. We got the twin bed room its big!
I've stayed here twice now. The rooms are super cute and clean and modern. The staff all speak English and provide great service. They service rooms daily if desired, which isn't always the case in Japan. The location is also very conveniently central. If you stay here be sure to stop in to Bar Yawara two doors down. A beautifully built and high quality cocktail bar specializing in whiskey and providing truly delicious bar snacks. It's really like stepping into a totally different world.
Stayed here for 2 days and 1 night. Location was superb, since it’s only a few minutes away from mega Don and the famous shibuya crossing. The room was pretty small for the price paid. But it had everything you need to rest/shower. It’s not really a place to relax and spend most of your time. Checkout is pretty early at 10 am, good thing they do luggage storage. I would recommend if you’re only using this place to sleep and shower/bathroom usage.
