Bit small... the AC is nice.. self service is a bit confusing but that's probably because my parents are old and not tech savvy and I didn't want to help Very quiet 😋
This property is located in Shinjuku & walking distance from many places in Shinjuku. The location is great, property has 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom with attached toilets. There is storage place beneath the beds for luggage so its very convenient, given the size of the room! No room cleaning was provided during our 5 night stay, also no clear instruction for where to drop the garbage.
The location was great and very central to most things in Shinjuku. The price was comparable to other options in the area. The onsite washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry before leaving. However, the owner also uses the laundry facilities, so the best time to do laundry is after 6pm. The rooms are well equipped and suitable for a single person. I had to fold the chair to make room for my luggage. There can be some outdoor noise that travels, and we could hear conversations and noise on Saturday at 3am. Aside from that, checkout is expected to be prompt. A larger trash bin or instructions on where to dispose of trash would have been very helpful. We stayed for four days and accumulated trash that we couldn't find a place to dispose of.
Stayed here last week with a friend in the two bedroom two bathroom. It was a great location. Very comfortable. The two bathrooms were a gem with giving up a common living area. Locations is great nearby train lines and the heart of Shinjuku where the shopping and great bars and restaurants are easily walkable. Laundry downstairs and smoking area were great additions as were the take an umbrella if you need one in the lobby. It came in handy on the snow day we had while traveling in Tokyo. Would love to stay again.
This Airbnb was in a great location, and had everything we needed. It was great to have a washer and dryer on site and they even provide the detergent. Thank you for a great stay!
