Stayed here back in February with a couple of family members. Staff is very professional and friendly and always willing to lend a hand. We had to get a taxi to head to the train station in the morning, the staff called a cab for us and scheduled ahead of time which made it super convenient for us. It’s a beautiful hotel in general and you get drink tokens which can be really favorable after a long day of walking you can relax and enjoy a beer from their fridge. Coffee is fresh every morning as well. Very quiet at night and the bathrooms are PHENOMENAL. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

Stayed here for four days excellent hotel, and service. There are free pancakes every day, regardless of whether you paid for breakfast and coffee. They changed your sheets and give you new towels as often as requested. The bed is very comfortable in the room is very clean. It takes about eight minutes walk to any station, but the surrounding area is very quaint. Would definitely recommend staying.

Highly recommend staying here for a trip to Tokyo. It manages to find peace and quiet in Ginza, which is especially welcome after visiting areas like Shibuya which are extremely busy in comparison. The rooms are pretty compact but well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and helped us forward on our luggage to Kyoto. Free tea and coffee was a nice touch and they even have free pancakes if you want a quick bite in the morning before heading out for the day. The hotel is also in close proximity to train stations which made life easy for travelling to/from the airport and around the city. Book it!

Stayed here twice as a solo traveler. Standard rooms are small, and that is expected in Tokyo. Good thing is that they have storage under the bed, so u can tuck in ur luggage away. First time I got the room with basically no light since the window faced nearby building, but they immediately gave me other room when I asked. It would be good if they had more than two machines for laundry. Breakfast didnt suit for me, so I just skipped. TheY give u free drink coupon (beer or juice) u can use in bar or lobby. Also free coffee and tea in the lobby. No cleaning if u stay less than 3 nights, just emptying trash bins. Bed is comfortable annd sheets are decent. They really smoothly sent my suitcases to the other hotel, the process was smooth. Although they couldnt send ski bags, I had to bring them by myself to the service office. Location of the hotel is convenient close to Ginza Six, stations, Donkey.. Overall, solid.

b Ginza Hotel Review We recently stayed at b Ginza Hotel for 7 days in a triple room, and overall, the experience was good—but not quite at the level we expected for the price. The biggest question for us is positioning. It’s a bit unclear whether this property aims to deliver a full-service “hotel” experience or something closer to a bed-and-breakfast style stay. Because if it’s positioned as a hotel in Ginza, expectations naturally come higher—especially in terms of comfort, space, and service. The location is definitely a strong point—very convenient and easy to get around. The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, so no issues there. However, the room layout was quite limiting, especially for a longer stay. The triple room felt very compact, with just three beds taking up most of the space. There’s no proper area for luggage, no makeup or vanity space, no real closet, and no small living area to relax. For a 7-day stay, this starts to feel restrictive. For a short stay, this hotel works well—simple, clean, and well-located. But for longer stays, especially at this price point, we would expect more thoughtful space planning and comfort. Overall, it’s a nice stay—but not yet at the level of being truly impressive.
