Staying at Tokyo Dome Hotel made the trip feel especially comfortable and easy. Being right in the middle of everything was a huge plus, and I really appreciated how accommodating the staff were. The room view was a lovely bonus and added a nice touch of luxury to the stay. I would happily come back again.
Stayed here for 5 nights and would happily stay again. The location is probably the biggest highlight. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly easy to get around Tokyo. We had a packed itinerary and never had any issues getting to where we wanted to go. It felt like we were close to everything. The hotel itself may be showing its age a little, but honestly, I didn't mind. One of my favourite features was the glass elevators with views of the city. It never got old watching Tokyo light up every time we went up or down. Breakfast was good and I was genuinely impressed on the first morning. If you're staying several days like we did, you may find the selection becomes a bit repetitive as there isn't a huge amount of day-to-day variety, but there was still plenty to choose from. A random highlight for me was the skincare products provided by the hotel. I liked them so much I wish I'd taken a few extra home! Overall, while it may not be the cheapest hotel in Tokyo, we felt it was well worth it. The location, convenience, and comfortable stay made it a great base for our trip.
A really great area to stay in for a family of three, plenty of train stations in walking distance but a lot to do around the area, including arcades, cinemas, rides, sports and music events. We had a three bed room on the 18th floor. The room wasn't big but was well laid out to make the most of the space. We had enough room in the wardrobes and drawers to put away out things and store two large suitcases and a smaller cabin bag. We didn't have to wait long for lifts even at advertised busy times. The room, resteraunts and hotel were always spotless. We had breakfast one morning, the queue was long but moved fairly quickly. The selection was varied with hot and cold options.

I especially enjoyed the delicious food on the third floor — everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The room was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, providing us with a very pleasant and relaxing environment. Thank you once again for your excellent service. I truly appreciate your efforts and hope to visit again in the future.
Love this hotel. Tokyo Dome Hotel offers a very good location with easy access to almost everywhere in Tokyo, making it a very practical and comfortable base for the trip. One of the best details for me was the Lawson convenience store on the 2nd level, which made everything feel even more convenient. Whether for drinks, snacks, or small essentials, it was a great bonus to have it so close. The room was nice, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service was also very good. We also appreciated the self check-in system, which made the process simple and hassle-free. Another major highlight was being able to use the Airport Limousine Bus directly from Narita Airport to the hotel, which made arrival very smooth. That direct connection is a big plus. Also appreciated that the room came with an air purifier, which added to the overall comfort. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with strong convenience, good service, and an excellent location. Highly recommended. love their ice cube machine!
