I was disappointed with my stay. While the room was clean, there were several design and convenience issues that made it less comfortable than expected. The location wasn’t ideal for me. Although it’s in Ginza, I found myself needing to transfer trains frequently to reach many destinations, so it wasn’t as convenient as I had hoped. The hotel also lacks a proper lobby with complimentary water or a comfortable common area, which made it feel less welcoming than other hotels I’ve stayed at. The room layout was impractical. The mirror is positioned in front of the TV, making it awkward to stand in front of and use comfortably. The guest laundry is located directly opposite some rooms, and the noise carries into the room, making it difficult to do laundry at night without being disturbed. The convenience store nearby was extremely crowded most of the time, and the area felt very busy with tourists. Overall, the stay didn’t offer the comfort or convenience I expected for the price. I was also not able to sleep well because of the pillows not being comfortable and people walking past loudly in the hallways

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are comfortable, surprisingly quiet and well equipped (including a washer/dryer!). The location is super convenient (direct train from East Ginza station to Haneda airport, short walk to many other stations and shopping district), and the Japanese breakfast really delicious, with a good selection. Get your coffee at the lobby machine (for free); the one at the breakfast floor is not good, but they have interesting drinks, such as vinegar-based breakfast juice. The staff was friendly and very helpful with ideas on where to find specialty stores. If you're jetlagged and can't sleep in the early morning, take a short walk to Tsukiji Honganji Temple; there's morning ceremonies every day at 7.

We always use Tokyu Stay for all our bookings around Japan, mainly due to the convenience of having in-unit laundry. Nicole was extremely helpful in getting us settled in and making sure our stay was perfect. The location was great, steps away from Higashi-Ginza station and a few more minutes from Ginza station. Paired with the various bus routes nearby, there was no shortage of public transportation options. There were also a ton of places to visit within a 30-minute walk if you're looking for a nice stroll. Our only critique was that our room wasn't the cleanest, particularly the carpet and bathroom floor.

Stayed for 8 nights in the Superior double room, 1 queen bed as a couple who are first timers to Japan and was honestly perfect as a base. You really can't beat the in room washer and dryer. Location: 5/5 I was a little anxious because people always say to stay near the Yamanote line but this hotel was near to 2 main lines (Ginza and Higashi-ginza stn) that made it super convenient for exploring Tokyo still. Also near like 4 conbini's and drugstores. The area is quiet at night which was nice after long days and getting a break from crowds. Perfect for shopping, food, and the Tsukiji market. Service: 5/5 so nice and helpful throughout our stay. They speak english and helped me thoroughly with luggage transfer. Room: 5/5 was clean and typical size by business hotel standards. The Refa showerhead, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash was an extra bonus. Note that they don't do daily cleaning but schedule a full cleaning once during your stay, which had no issues with and is standard hotel practice there. Free coffee and nice basic amenities offered in the lobby as well. We did not opt for a breakfast plan so not sure about that option. Overall it was perfect and good value, would stay again!

A perfect hotel for a family stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating for us traveling with a five year old and a baby. The location is a major highlight. It is right near the center of Ginza and walking distance to two train stations which makes getting around very easy. The room and bed sizes are quite generous by Tokyo standards so we never felt cramped. A huge bonus is that some rooms come with their own washing machines which is an absolute lifesaver. They also have a great selection of amenities readily available down in the lobby. Highly recommend.
