Very fun and warm experience. It kind of feels like you’re getting buried under sand with a warm weighted blanket. It may be weird at first but the ladies working here are super nice and stay with through the whole process so if you ever feel uncomfortable, they are right there to help you. Must try in Japan esp if you want to lose weight! It’s suppose to help speed up your metabolism and sweat out all the toxins. Looking forward to all the health benefits :)
The staff were friendly. Had a great experience here. Sweat a lot during the enzyme bath. Will come back here again!
