I have OCD about hotel cleanliness/people germs and this hotel was very clean. The size was small but more comfortable than I expected and the amenities were good. It's close to a station and right beside a 7/11 which was perfect for quick snacks and breakfast. It's also quiet. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean. The staff is friendly. The location was incredible. Walking distance to the train, a short walk to Akihabara, and still very quiet if you’re a light sleeper. The amenities were incredible - they even had hair straighteners and blow dry brushes! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Great hotel. I stayed for 9 days and was satisfied. The rooms are small but comfortable and you can fully open a large suitcase. It was generally clean, although a bit dusty in some places. The hotel is not new but everything worked well and there were no strange smells. The staff were friendly, check in was quick and they allowed me to store my luggage after checkout. The location is the biggest advantage, just a 2 minute walk to the metro with several stations nearby and easy access to major tourist attractions. Also about 30 minutes walk to Tokyo Station. Overall, it is good value if you book in advance.

A great choice for any visit to Tokyo for a few reasons. 1. All these cheap hotels have tiny rooms. Something that helps, then, is a good lobby. With chairs, tables, a cold water dispenser, a free coffee machine. This hotel has all that (& the coffee is great, saving us probably $15 a day). 2. It's very reasonably priced because nobody says, "I want to stay in Kanda." Personally, I'd rather be here than Shinjuku. It's a really good, though quiet, neighborhood. You're two minutes from a Starbucks, less than ten minutes from FOUR different subway stops, & a ten minute walk from Akihabara. Plenty of cool neighborhoods are a short subway ride away, including Ginza, Asakusa, & Marunouchi. 3. The staff is very nice. The air conditioning worked. Blackout blinds! The whole place is clean & attractive. It's just off a main street & not in the middle of Party Central so it's quiet. Negatives: only two washing machines. Most rooms have crummy views, like straight into a wall five feet away, which means rooms can be dark. For ultra-cheap hotels, this is a great choice, & definitely better than that huge chain that's been sliding downhill every year & is now way too big to care.

Stayed in 2 separate rooms with a friend during vacation. Location was an easy walk to many stations, restaurants and local attractions. For Tokyo, it was pretty affordable and we experienced no issues during our time there. Would definitely go back again
