We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Tokyo Ariake for 5 nights, it was our first time visiting Japan and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival we were welcomed with kindness and everything was explained in detail. During our stay, our highlight was at breakfast where we met Shiori and Hiroshi. Shiori has the recipe for one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had, and Hiroshi always has a smile. Together they were very kind and attentive, always checked in to make sure our dining experience was excellent and managed the dining area very efficiently, ensuring guests were comfortable and well looked after. The kitchen team deserves special appreciation as well for preparing an extensive variety of delicious food every morning. The housekeeping team was equally impressive, very thorough and attentive, keeping every corner of the room spotless. At check out, our flight was later in the day and we were offered a late checkout (I can’t remember his name) And Danny Dausike added his finishing touches to check out and invited us to come back. Overall, it was a magnificent stay with no complaints. To the entire team, Kochira Koso for the wonderful hospitality.

If I ever visit Tokyo again, this will be my choice of hotel. Tastefully decorated, next to the monorail and train station, location is perfect. Haneda airport is not far off. The staff at check in all speak English. We received world class service throughout our guest journey. We stayed here for 5 nights. The room was fit for purpose, 4 of us had great night sleep due to the comfortable bedding and linen. The shower is easy to operate with multiple options including a bath tub and rain shower. Water is complimentary, robe, slippers, fabric freshener, dry amenities and bath amenities kept us refreshed daily. Housekeeping staff are superstars, room is immaculate each time. Special shout out to everyone at front desk for their high level of service delivery and genuine hospitality. There is also a laundry room where there are 6 coin operated washer dryers- we used and it costed us 1200 yen for a 1 cycle 3 kg wash and dry. There is a decent cafe in the train station next to hotel where we had bfast twice. Thank you Hilton for taking care of us..

A peaceful oasis with perfect transit connections Pros: We stayed in a spacious room on the 7th floor. The hotel felt brand new or recently renovated, and it was incredibly clean and fresh. Having both a bed and a sofa in the room made it the perfect place to unwind after long days of sightseeing in Tokyo. I was initially worried that the location would feel too out of the way, but coming back to the peace and quiet away from the city rush was fantastic. The connections are excellent: the subway is just a 35-second walk away, and the monorail is a 4-minute walk. Plus, both a Lawson and a Seven-Eleven are within 90 seconds of the hotel. The Ariake Garden shopping center is also just a 7-minute walk away, offering plenty of shopping, a food court, and a small GiGO arcade. The breakfast was perfectly fine, offering an easy start to the day, and the staff was very pleasant. Cons: The only thing missing is a proper, cozy hotel bar. Although the Brew33 restaurant is located in the same building (just a quick walk through the lobby), it feels more like a restaurant than a bar where you can relax in an armchair with a cold beer or a glass of wine. Despite the name, Brew33 also had a surprisingly limited beer selection. Verdict: An excellent choice that exceeded expectations thanks to the great transit, nearby shopping, and peaceful vibe. If it had a proper hotel bar, it would have been a perfect score

Overall great experience. We were greeted warmly from entrance and handed warm cookies upon check in. Staff was helpful and communicative throughout our stay even connecting via WhatsApp to make sure everything went well. They also helped us bring our luggage from our room to the lobby. Breakfast buffet had a diverse selection of Japanese and Western cuisine. Ingredients were fresh and food was tasty. The hotel is close to 2 stations, food spots and even has a 7/11 on the 1st floor connected for easy access. The view from the 16th floor was fantastic as well at night. We would stay again on a future Japan trip (we also stayed in Kyoto, Namba, Hakone, and more central Tokyo as well).

My go-to hotel in Odaiba. I come to Tokyo for work every month and have designated this as my new home away from home. Area is quiet and right next to the Rinkai / Yamamoto lines (very convenient) and next to a 7-11/Lawson. Staff is exceptional, rooms are spotless clean, updated and full of premium amenities. Quality bathroom fixtures with a fantastic shower, bath, heated mirror and separate toilet room. Beds are clean and stark white. Has a cordless steam iron and tea kettle. Fitness center is clean and has a decent amount of equipment (not in a windowless basement). Breakfast bars are nice for a hotel of this star rating.
