Me and my two coworkers needed a last minute place to stay after leaving out last hotel. Everything was very easy, comfortable, and convenient for an English speaker learning Japanese. The host was very helpful aswell she runs a great apartment. 10/10
Great place to stay 1. Host: really accomodating & fast response. He/she informed us clear direction & brief regarding the location, facilities, surrounding, etc. 2. Location: 600m from ikebukuro station, the location is very strategic. Not to mention that there is family mart near to our stay 3. Facilities: we were really satisfied with all the facilities, amenites and all.. they also provided us some teabag and cookies Overall, We were really satisfied, we'll be back for sure
The cleanliness of the accommodation was okay, but when I first checked in, I was very surprised to see cockroaches in the kitchen. So, I checked every time I went in and I don't think I could stay comfortably. However, the bedroom was comfortable. It was smaller than in the photos, and the living room and bathroom were also narrow. The bathroom was especially small, which made washing up uncomfortable. Although the bathroom was small, it was clean and smelled good, which was comfortable. The bedroom was nice because I could open my suitcase, and there were hangers and shelves. The bed was comfortable, so I was able to sleep well. However, I could hear the sound of the train, and there was a lot of dust under the bed. There was plenty of space under the bed, so it would be easy to clean, but please be careful. The train noise wasn't bothersome. I tried using the electric range several times, but I couldn't figure out how to use it. It would be nice if you could write it down separately. The most inconvenient thing was that there was no elevator, and the stairs were narrow and narrow on both sides, making it really difficult to carry my suitcase up and down. However, the host was very kind and answered all my questions with sincerity, which I was grateful for. The location is right in front of the convenience store, and there is a Don Quijote within walking distance. However, there are many lovetels in the area, so I was worried because it is a dangerous area. It's not easy to get to the station. It was a bit far and the road was complicated, so it was a shame.
This is a place I'd love to visit again. It's a great place to stay with friends or family. The facilities are clean and the owner is friendly.
