If you are a fan of monster hunter series a perfect place for you to enjoy! Food was okay some of them don’t make sense but its okay. You can gather points while visiting here and you can trade your points for some collectibles trading cards at the cashier. Also you can play MH wilds while waiting for your food and check the armors and souvenirs!
Everything about this place feels right. Paolo, the manager, LOVES the game so much and you can literally talk to him about anything MH related and he knows about it. He even played the new trailer and everyone clapped. It was so fun to be surrounded by people who love this game as much as we do. Do yourself a favor and experience the monster hunter fandom!
great place for monster hunter lovers! booked on a weekday evening but there was still lots of seating. you get charged an admission fee but with that you get a fabric badge. it’s fun exploring the entire store since it’s covered in decorations and memorabilia from the game. i took my boyfriend for our anniversary and he absolutely loved it. from the music playing to the little details like provisions with salt and pepper shakers, this was a fun experience! for food we got the ballista french fries, flying wyvern portion steak, and the nergigante’s jet black katsu curry. they were all super yummy compared to themed food spots in the u.s. for drinks, we got the palico coffee and the rajang’s golden lion sour. the palico coffee was a bit watered down for me but my boyfriend enjoyed it with the cute paw marshmallow and chocolate piece. the lion sour was super sour and definitely could feel the alcohol afterwards! if you have monster hunter fans in your life, take them here!
---{ Food }--- ☐ Very tasty ✅ Good ☐ Average ☐ Not good ---{ Service }--- ☐ Friendly ✅ Normal ☐ Slow ☐ Poor ---{ Price }--- ☐ Worth the price ✅ Reasonable ☐ Little bit Expensive ☐ Quite Expensive ---{ Environment }--- ✅ Clean & comfortable ☐ Okay ☐ Crowded ☐ Not clean ---{ Parking }--- ☐ Easy to find ✅ Limited (walking distance eki) ☐ Hard to find ☐ No parking ---{ Remark }--- Very nice place for Monster Hunter fans. The decorations are very detailed and feel like inside the game world. Food and drinks are also themed which makes the experience more fun. The portion of the food is actually quite small but the taste overall is ok. The atmosphere of the monster hunter is really good and lot of stuff related to monster hunter. This place better reserve online because sometimes lot of ppl come. Walk-in also can but depends on number of person on the restaurant. ---{ Comment By }--- C. Best concept cafe I visited in Akiba! The weapon and armor displays look exactly like the ones in the games. You need to pay for an entrance fee but it comes with a free random pin. You also get points for every item you order, which you can exchange for cards and figurines. They also have consoles so you can play the game for free! Food is decent — it looks great and tastes fine. Really a must-visit if you’re a Monster Hunter fan!
