Had an amazing time! Went in on Friday 1st of May not know what to expect.. sang along to some great anime bangers, met some amazing people, got too drunk to save anyones contact details.. :') Small venue, great staff, cheap drinks, fun music, worth a visit! I've followed you on Instagram and will suggest to my Australian friends to visit the club. :)
I'm pretty disappointed with my experience, I was trying to get here in the beginning of my Tokyo trip where the security guard told me that today's event was focused on more "electronic", and so I came back 4 days later... it ended up being general jpop club vibes and I ended up leaving not even after 20 minutes. I definitely had way too high expectations for the place Don't get me wrong, the visuals, mixing and DJing were all really solid, but I felt no physical attachment not knowing what I was listening too so the vibe was ruined for me. I want to make it clear that this is a GENERAL CLUB that focuses on a VARIETY of genres, not just anime. I came here thinking it was going to be a mixture of popular songs / anime focus but it was wasn't for this night. I blame the ratings and pictures for making me proceed that way. Moral of story is to check their DIRECT WEBSITE on their Instagram page as that is the most up to date. I admit I'm not much of a clubber, I mainly go for the music. But if you plan ahead I'm sure you will have a much better experience that way. Their staff is nice and I hope one day to maybe return with an event I enjoy but for now it's clear that this isn't purely an anime club lol
The Halloween rave was LIT 🔥🔥🔥 The place is small, but the people are chill and the music is great. A nice spot for otakus who want to dance 🌈
If you like anime and music this place is a must go! I have been to Japan three times and everytime I visit I got MOGRA, the price to get in varies on the night but it's a good price compared to other clubs and it comes with a drink or two. You can buy more drinks inside and the prices are fair, they also gave lockers. It's two floors and you can smoke out front. I 100% recommend coming here if you are in Akihabara!
