If you book on their website, it’s far cheaper than on third party hotel bookings websites (Agoda, Expedia etc). Rooms are small yet clean. They give free amenities that are good quality (razor blades). My only complaint is that there is only one lift and can wait times are a bit long during peak hours.
A solid and affordable hotel in Shinjuku. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The staff is professional and friendly. Only the waiting times for the elevator can be uncomfortable because there is only one. But because of the rest which is fine, you can overlook it. Thank you very much.
Room was comfortable for a solo traveller. Small but for the price, it was excellent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They helped me check in and explained the amenities to me. My only issue was that the pillow was very firm, this was okay for a few nights but I would not have this pillow at home.
